Most products at Outdoors OÜ webshop are of authentic military origin (genuine military surplus), except where the opposite is clearly indicated.

Products are sold in different condition:

  • new product (unused, with or without tags, may not include the original retail package)
  • pre-owned/used product, SuperGrade or “like new” (does not include original packaging, usually tried on, or issued and shortly used product in excellent or very good condition. Will show, if any, just light signs of wear)
  • pre-owned/used product, Grade 1 (does not include original packaging, may contain light or moderate signs of wear or filthiness, insignificant damages or repairs, name/flag/insignia patches or signs of their removal)
  • pre-owned/used product, Grade 2 (does not include original packaging, contains remarkable signs of wear, may require a wash or cleaning, have damages, repairs, name/flag/insignia patches or signs of their removal. Still able to serve it´s purpose)

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse, situated in Estonia.

Goods are shipped to all EU countries, Canada, Japan, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine (Western part), United Kingdom, United States. The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method at checkout.

The delivery methods are:

1. Delivery to customer local post office, pickup location or parcel machine.

2. Courier delivery to customer door. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout in case of availability. We mostly use FedEx.

All shipments within Estonia normally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-5 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. We have the right to ship goods in up to 15 calendar days in exceptional cases. If desired product after receiving the payment is not available or delivery may demand longer time than normally, we inform the purchaser within 2 working days.

Delivery time of international shipments vary depending on country of destination.

Tracking information for domestic shipment (Estonia) is only available upon request due to relatively short delivery time. Tracking information for every international shipment will be e-mailed to customer after shipment dispatch.


After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the webshop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

The right of withdrawal does not apply due to health protection or hygiene reasons according to the Law of Obligations Act subsection 53(4) for the following products: socks, underwear, thermal underwear.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, you must submit a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address within 14 days of receiving the goods. There is no special form to fill out, just an e-mail is enough.

Please include a note with your order information and return details, for example, print your order confirmation and mark the returned products.

A product can be returned:

1. by sending to DPD, Omniva or Itella SmartPost to “Jüri Konsum” parcel machine (the address: Aruküla tee 29, 75305 Jüri, Harjumaa) with contact phone +372 56 669 600 and e-mail:

3. by shipping it using any means of delivery to the following address: Outdoors OÜ, Loomäe tee 8, Lehmja küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa, 75306 Estonia.

4. by bringing to the following address: Outdoors OÜ, Loomäe tee 8, Lehmja küla, Rae vald, Harjumaa, 75306 Estonia at pre-agreed time.

The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will refund the purchaser returned product(s) price, immediately but no later than after 14 days, using original payment method.
