Products & Condition

We sell two types of products:

  • New outdoor gear from various brands (always sold new with tags)
  • Authentic military surplus (original ex-military items, mostly second-hand)

Condition grades for military surplus items:

  • New – Unused; mostly without tags or original packaging
  • SuperGrade – Excellent or very good condition; lightly used or tried on; minor signs of wear
  • Grade 1 – Moderate wear; may show dirt, small damages & repairs, removed/added insignias
  • Grade 2 – Significant wear; may need cleaning, contain repairs or damages but remains functional

Payment

All prices and payments are in EUR.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer (Swedbank, IBAN: EE692200221072008893 – please include your order number)
  • Bank links (Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania) via Montonio
  • Visa & Mastercard
  • PayPal

Delivery

  • All orders ship from Estonia
  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout
  • We ship to the EU and selected non-EU countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and others (see our Terms & Conditions for full list)

Non-EU orders:
Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delivery methods:

  • Parcel machine / pickup point
  • Courier delivery to your address (mostly FedEx)
  • P.O. Box and military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses are not supported

Delivery times:

  • Estonia: usually 2-4 days
  • International delivery times vary by destination, normally 7-14 days

Tracking:

  • Estonia: available upon request
  • International orders: tracking sent by e-mail after dispatch

Returns & Refunds

  • Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods
  • This right does not apply to legal entities
  • For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for: socks, underwear

Returned items must be unused, except for normal inspection as allowed in a physical store. If an item shows signs of use, the refund amount may be reduced.

How to request a return:

E-mail us at info@outdoors.ee within 14 days. No form is required.

Please include your order details inside the return parcel.

Return options:

  • Parcel machines (DPD, Omniva, SmartPosti, Unisend). Destination: Jüri Konsum (Aruküla tee 29, 75305 Jüri, Harjumaa)
  • Courier shipment. Delivery address: Outdoors OÜ, Loomäe tee 8, Lehmja küla, Rae vald, 75306 Harjumaa
  • In-person return (by prior arrangement)

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the item price within 14 days, using the original payment method.
